Return / Refund Policy
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging. In the interests of hygiene, lingerie must be unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Beauty products and vibrators must be in their original packing with any seals unbroken. Once we have received the returned item in the correct condition, we will credit you with the full purchase price or provide a replacement as required. Postage and packing are not refundable.
